  • Research suggests that treatment delivered via telehealth is as effective as the same therapy delivered in-person. Many appreciate the flexibility of being able to have a session from the comfort of their own home or private office during a busy day.

    At the same time, only you can know if virtual care is right for you. If you have questions or concerns, give us a call to see if telehealth might be a good fit for you.

  • We do not accept insurance; however, we are happy to provide you with a superbill which can be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

    We recommend checking with your provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.
